Nestled along the tranquil banks of Lake Openaka, Bell Tower Estate stands as an iconic Denville landmark with roots dating back to the 1700s. Originally a beloved fishing club in the early 1800s, the estate has been thoughtfully restored to its majestic, serene, and rustic elegance.

The Grounds

Enter through a gated private road, where river stone bridges and gently trickling streams lead you toward Den Brook. The path opens to a hand-laid stone boathouse, perfectly situated on the shores of Lake Openaka — an ideal setting for capturing unforgettable photographs.

The Main House & Ice House

Set on 23 wooded acres, the three-story colonial main house has been meticulously restored to preserve its heritage while offering modern comforts.

Adjacent to the main home, the historic stone Ice House — now transformed into a rustic bar — remains the estate's oldest original structure, dating back to the pre-Revolutionary era. Once used to store ice cut from Lake Openaka in winter, it now serves as a warm and welcoming gathering spot.
